myPlasser Portal by Plasser & Theurer (in short: “P&T”)

Following registration as a User, the myPlasser Portal by P&T processes any data entered by the User or generated automatically when using the portal. This Privacy Statement shall provide information on the nature of and the extent to which personal data is collected as well as how such data is further processed.
P&T operates a Customer Service Platform for customers, service partners, and Certified Plasser Partners (myPlasser Portal). The myPlasser Portal collects and processes your personal data. This data is used to carry out the customer service processes supported by the myPlasser Portal (e.g., reporting field service assignments or warranty claims).
Registration with the myPlasser Portal is required to use such portal. After such registration, the User receives their login data. The User shall provide the data required for registration accurately. P&T complies with the applicable data privacy provisions as stated in this Privacy Statement when storing or processing data. Upon the User’s registration and transmission of the login data by P&T, the User and P&T enter into a contract that contains the Terms of Use and this Privacy Statement.
P&T reserves the right to revoke the authorization of Users to use the portal at any time and without providing any reason, and to prohibit the use of such platform in the future.
Digitally supported customer service processes inevitably generate individual data that is accessible to P&T employees in departments such as Customer Service, Quality | Integrated Management Systems, or Sales. User data includes the following:

Data entered at the time of registration (e.g., user profile).
2.
Data that is retrieved during authentication. If you log in with your password and user name, you will be authenticated. The data you have already provided is retrieved during such authentication (e.g., last name, first name, email address).
3.
Data generated during use, such as: the time of access to the myPlasser Portal. We collect such data in a database and store it as long as necessary while using the myPlasser Portal.
4.
Data generated through User activity within the myPlasser Portal. The content and structure of the data recorded depend on the design of the individual modules or forms within the myPlasser Portal. For example, the following data are recorded: descriptions of incidents within the field service area, address details relating to field service assignments, and detailed data concerning warranty cases.
These data are accessible to various P&T employees across different departments, including Customer Service, Quality | Integrated Management Systems, and Sales, as well as to the myPlasser Portal administration. In some cases, the data may also be accessible to the User themselves and to the individuals responsible for the respective department. They are used for the administration and use of the myPlasser Portal, as well as for the processing of orders. We reserve the right to statistically analyze data sets for optimizing the myPlasser Portal and its content.
The User may object to the storing and/or processing of their user data at any time. Subsequently, such data shall be immediately deleted and use of the myPlasser Portal shall no longer be possible.
The myPlasser Portal uses strictly necessary cookies only. These cookies are required to enable the core functionality of the portal and to ensure its secure and proper operation.
This Privacy Statement does not refer to external links which appear on the myPlasser Portal website. P&T has no influence on the compliance of other providers with data protection and safety provisions.
